Shipping policy

All prices on nemesiscostumes.co.nz are in NZD and include GST. We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only.

Delivery Times

Nemesis Costumes doesn't hold local stock — every order ships direct from our supplier in Australia. Please allow 3–7 business days from dispatch for delivery.

• Orders are processed and forwarded to our supplier for dispatch within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding NZ public holidays).
• Dispatch and delivery times may run longer during peak periods (e.g. October/Halloween) — order early if your costume is needed for a specific date.
• We don't currently offer an overnight or express delivery option.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping rate of $16.50 per order, regardless of order size or destination within New Zealand.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available from the courier).
