All orders ship direct from our supplier in Australia, so please allow 3–8 business days for delivery after dispatch (orders are sent to our supplier within 1 business day). We charge a flat shipping rate of $16.50 NZD per order, anywhere in New Zealand. You'll get tracking details by email once your order ships. Delivery can take a bit longer during peak periods like October/Halloween, so order early if you need your costume by a specific date.
Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.
"Once Upon A Dream" is how the fairy tale begins. She is Aurora, the pretty pink Princess from the classic 1959 Disney Movie, Sleeping Beauty. Pricked by a spindle and cursed to sleep for 100 years, she tries to escape the evil and jealous Maleficent with the help of her Good Fairies. As all good fairy tales end, Aurora finds her beloved Prince Phillip, marries and lives happily ever after.
