Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. The dress has a satin bodice with gold embellishments and a satin flower at the waist, a satin off-the-shoulder collar over satin trumpet sleeves with tulle cuffs, and a satin skirt with a tulle peplum and spiral hem printed with a crown, spindle and castle. Sizes for ages 3–5 and 6–8. Ships NZ-wide.
