All orders ship direct from our supplier in Australia, so please allow 3–8 business days for delivery after dispatch (orders are sent to our supplier within 1 business day). We charge a flat shipping rate of $16.50 NZD per order, anywhere in New Zealand. You'll get tracking details by email once your order ships. Delivery can take a bit longer during peak periods like October/Halloween, so order early if you need your costume by a specific date.
Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.

The full Frozen 2 Elsa look, wig included. The crepe satin dress has a stand-up collar, shimmery bodice detail and long pointed sleeves with iridescent gems, a mesh bodice insert with hand-stitched diamantes and a printed belt with an embroidered snowflake. The glitter organza skirt has faux diamonds dripping from the front split, finished with a detachable ankle-length glitter mesh cape and a white-blonde wig with high fringe and side plait. Sizes for ages 4–6 and 6–8. Ships NZ-wide.
