Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.

A twirl-ready long satin dress for Emma Memma fans, with a digitally printed butterfly and pinafore straps on the bodice, small puff sleeves and a mesh panel at the neckline with matching long mesh sleeves. A tulle underlay gives the skirt fullness for dancing. Sizes toddler, and ages 3–5 and 6–8. Ships NZ-wide.
