We charge a flat shipping rate of $16.50 NZD per order, anywhere in New Zealand. You'll get tracking details by email once your order ships. Delivery can take a bit longer during peak periods like October/Halloween, so order early if you need your costume by a specific date.
Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.

This gothic princess has a black and purple halter neck dress with iridescent taffeta and a sequin mesh bodice, a mesh overlayer skirt with two plastic skulls on a chain at the waist, a purple faux gemstone skull-and-web crown with a tulle veil and long black mesh mitts.
