Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost.
