Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.

Skip off through the woods to Grandma's in a classic fairytale look for Book Week. The dress has a satin panelled bodice with a sewn-in belt, ruched upper bodice and glitter crossovers, a gingham and satin skirt with a frill panel at the hem, an attached apron with a glitter-printed name and printed motif and a satin hooded cape with velcro attachments. Sizes for ages 3–5, 6–8 and 9–10. Ships NZ-wide.
