Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.

The layered tutu dress has a satin bodice with a sequin and tulle crossing feature, a printed fairy design and glittery tulle on the skirt, with elasticised straps with soft feathery edging and a pair of detachable wire-frame tulle wings that attach with velcro tabs. Size for ages 4–6. Ships NZ-wide.
