Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.

The dress has a velour bodice with a rainbow and organza frill down the centre and gold bow decorations, velour cap sleeves and peplum with gold trim, and a rainbow skirt with a glitter tulle overlay, plus a velour hood with a rainbow faux-fur mohawk and a metallic gold unicorn horn. Sizes for ages 2–3, 3–5 and 6–8. Ships NZ-wide.
