Delivery can take a bit longer during peak periods like October/Halloween, so order early if you need your costume by a specific date.

Wigs aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy.
