Return policy
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy. Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — return shipping is at your cost. Wigs, masks, makeup/face paint, and sale or clearance items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Email hideout@nemesiscostumes.co.nz to arrange any return.
Lilo & Stitch is a 2002 animated Disney film featuring an orphaned Hawaiian girl names Lilo and the extra terrestrial creature Experiment 626, who is adopted as Lilo's 'dog' and later renamed Stitch. His love interest or "boojboo" as they call eachother, is the illegal Experiment number 624 genetically engineered by Jumba Jookiba! Stay tuned - because in 2025 Lilo & Stitch (and Angel) are making a come-back in a new Live Action film featuring Chris Sanders, reprising his voice role as Stitch and Tara Strong voicing Angel.
