All orders ship direct from our supplier in Australia, so please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after dispatch (orders are sent to our supplier within 1 business day). We charge a flat shipping rate of $16.50 NZD per order, anywhere in New Zealand. You'll get tracking details by email once your order ships. Delivery can take a bit longer during peak periods like October/Halloween, so order early if you need your costume by a specific date.

Wigs aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reply with return instructions and arrange a refund— your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by this policy.
